Arnell is a United States Air Force veteran with over 20+ years in Government/Private sector Client Relations. As a combat veteran, he is able to make difficult and timely decisions through an Ethics-based approach.

JC is also a United States Air Force Veteran and Realtor/Associate Broker. She garners 20+ year in Client Relations, and understands how to create effective end-to-end processes, whereby creating ‘Win-Win’ situations for our clients!

Ania is a Senior High School student with a strong propensity to manage/organize complex data elements. She ensures that accurate data is entered into our Client Relationship Management (CRM) Tool, to provide the best possible service to our clients!

Journi is our Distribution Specialist who is in charge of managing all outbound Letter Correspondence. She is always looking for more ways to earn money, and undoubtedly the life of the Team!

When I first recieved the call from Arnell. My immediate thought was the old addive " if it sounds to good to be true it is." I challenged the recovery team time and time again to reassure me. There’s nothing better than someone reaching out to tell you you’re owed money!
This group reached out to inform me that, though the foreclosure happened, the difference from the balance owed, and the amount paid at auction, belonged to the previous homeowner.
This, they explained, was a little known fact and, their mission was to informed all that had been affected by the devastation of a foreclosure.
They worked through the process, allowing me time to recover from the loss of a home.
